Meet at 6.30 for a variety of activities from games on the pitch, review of last weekends event, a run etc followed by an outdoor circuits session at 7-8pm. In case of bad weather an alternative gym will be available to us as the main gym is set up for exams until July.

Saturday 11thSROC Club picnicEaves Wood, Silverdale GR SD 470759 Park at the silver sapling guide camp adjacent to the National Trust car park. Event free for SROC members, bring something to add to the Jacob's Join communal meal. Assemble at 1.45 for a mass start at 14.00, This will be a technical score course.
