SROC Evening Run - Nicky Nook (parking on the main road just as you come in to Scorton village, opposite the bowling club/tennis court).  This is an informal, relaxed run in beautiful countryside. Two options are available about 30 minutes and about 60 minutes. All standards and ages welcome. Local pub afterwards. Meet at 6.50pm for a 7.00pm start. For better directions to the parking point contact Martyn Roome (01995 603885) before the day.  Please check this website for any changes.  If anyone wants to cycle from the same venue let Martyn Roome know and he will publicise it.
