BOF Club Coaching Day

A final reminder about the BOF club coaching day at Bishops Wood in the Lake District on the 22nd April.

Each year BOF organise a day like this where they hang controls and provide maps so that clubs can use the area for training / coaching. We have plenty of coaches eagerly waiting to run sessions so all ages and abilities are catered for. If you've never tried any training/coaching before why not come and give it a go. These sessions can be really useful for getting new ideas and trying out new techniques without the pressure of competition. If there's a particular area you want to work on, let us know and we can tailor the exercises to match your requirements. If you can't make it for the whole day, come along for just the morning or afternoon.

BOF need to know numbers by the end of March so if you'd like to come please let me know by the 26th March. Cost (payable to BOF) will be £5 for seniors and £2 for juniors.
