Here are the details for the next Schools League Event.
Juniors, please take note that you can also compete for a national competition
(Yvette Baker Trophy). You can do both! Please read the rules and be
careful which course you run. If in doubt ask at registration.

14.10.03 Street League - Warm-up Results
Who's on for a blinder this winter? Check out the results
from the warm-up event at Freckleton on 8th Oct. But I'm not sure that it
will give any accurate guide to future performance!! The League starts in Longridge
on Wednesday 22nd. All welcome.
14.10.03 Hallowe'en Spook-O?
On Thursday 30 October in Winlatter, within range for many SROC
members, a "Spook-O" is taking place. It's highly recommended
for all the family and it falls in half term this year so no problem with

Night orienteering adds a completely new dimension to O-Sport. Why not try
it out at this SROC-run event on a top
quality South Lakes terrain that has never been used for a night event before.

14.10.03 Gym Evenings Starting - Wednesdays at Broughton
By popular demand, Wednesday evening gym training starts again
this Wednesday, 15th October. Its at Broughton High School as usual, 7.00pm till
about 8.30p. Circuits, map and navigation training, finished off with a game of
basket ball - suitable for all ages and levels of fitness! See
