26.11.03 CONGRATULATIONS  
More congratulations to many, many members of SROC Juniors who did so well in the recent British Schools' Championships held in Delamere Forest on 16th November.  A special thumbs up to Sarah Hutton who won her Y13 Class.  Check out who else did well on the day.   

26.11.03 World Schools' Championships selections for SROC juniors  
Selection races for next Spring's World Schools' Championships in Belgium were held in conjunction with the recent British Schools' Championships. Congratulations to Lancaster Royal Grammar School for selection in the Senior Boys team event and Becca Roberts and Paul Hutton who are in the Select teams for Senior Girls and Boys respectively.  Take a look at the full selections.  

24.11.03 Congratulations  
Well done to Chris and Matthew for their successes at the British Schools Orienteering Championships held at Delamere Forest on Sunday 16th November 2003.  Chris won Individual Champion in the Boys Year 5 Class and Matthew achieved 5th position in Boys Year 6 Class.

20.11.03 Street League

15.11.03 British Championships  
The British Championships are in Northumberland in March next year.  SROC are arranging transport and accommodation for people interested. 

15.11.03 Yvette Baker Final - Preliminary arrangements  
The final of the Yvette Baker Trophy is to be held in East Anglia on 7th December.  Sarah Watkins, the Club Captain, is arranging for a team to take part.  Everyone interested should get in touch with Sarah.     

11.11.03 SROC Statistics  
Dick Collins has been collating statistics to present the Club League and the Club Galoppen statistics.     

10.11.03 Yvette Baker Trophy - SROC Juniors WIN
Congratulations must go to SROC Junior team who recently competed at the Yvette Baker Trophy qualifying round at Nicky Nook, and won.  The Club wishes to send a team to the final in East Anglia on the 7th December so if you wish to go, get in touch with Sarah Watkins.

10.11.03 Street League  
The next street league event is at Lytham, whilst the results from the Longridge event have been published.     

06.11.03 Bigland - Club Training Day  
There are limited places available at this event.  If you are interested in attending, please get in touch with Steve McLean or call on 01524 735283.  It is not possible to simply turn up on the day.     

05.11.03 Night Event -22nd November CANCELLED  
Due to 24 hour forestry operations taking place on Ulpha Fell in November, permission has been denied to use the area for orienteering.  The event has unfortunately had to be cancelled.
