31.03.03 SROC Evening Run - 9th April
On Wednesday 9th April there will be a run from Rivington Barns, Long Road. Meet 6.45 pm to run at 7.00 prompt! The Organiser is Dave Hargreaves. On Wednesday 16th April, there will be a JK warm up event on Beacon Fell.

30.03.03 Simpson Ground Badge Event Results
The Simpson Ground Badge Event results, are now available. You may choose between Simple results, SPORTident results, LSOA Champs SPORTident results, or Colour Coded SPORTident results, all hosted here on the SROC website. Alternatively, there are WinSplit results, hosted on the WinSplits site.

The changes to the Control Descriptions are now available. This same information will be handed out by car park officials at the event. 27.03.03 SROC Evening Run - 2nd April
Next Wednesday, 2nd April, there will be a SROC Club Run at Nicky Nook, Garstang. Parking at the "wire factory" (Grid Ref. SD/512469), near Woodacre Hall. Meet 6.45 pm to run at 7.00 prompt! 23.03.03 New Arrival
Street orienteer Catherine Taylor, of Lytham Road Runners, gave birth to Samuel on March 10th. This was only 5 days after competing in the Garstang Street Event, where she became the only lady to compete in all 10 of this season's events. Dad Moz Kitching (SROC), is even more proud of Samuel than he was when winning one of this years best improvement Street prizes.

Congratulations to the three SROC British Night Champions, Frances Watkins (W45), Tim Watkins (M45) and David Rosen (M50) (Chris Roberts also won M45S), and one Northern Night champion, Glenys Ferguson (W50).

01.03.03 Chris Brasher Dies
It was with great sadness that we learnt of the death of Chris Brasher yesterday. Chris was BOF's first Chairman, and an Honorary Vice President for many years.
