This year's Handicap promises to be yet another good one with newly mapped areas of Arnside Knott. GR 458770. Remember that it's a mass start at 2pm and it is 500m to start - so rock up early!

The Annual Social and Prize giving will be held at Gaskell Hall in the Centre of Silverdale Village GR 461 743. Please bring a contribution to the food/drink. Remember there's fun and games to be had after the run, so it's a day for all the family - so rope them all in!
