Congratulations to four of the club juniors on successfully being selected for a British Orienteering summer tour. Zoe Harding and John Ockenden are in the M/W14 Lagganlia group. Meanwhile, Katrin Harding and Matt Nash will be in the M/W15 group at nearby Badaguish. Well done and keep training!

This popular series of cycle-O events returns for its 13th season. There are six events, all on Tuesday evenings in June and July, spread around South Cumbria. All use minor roads so no need for a special bike, and there are classes for families and juniors as well as more serious cyclists. Our statistician, Bob Nash, has gathered data on all the events so far this year and has produced new Junior League and Club Gallopen tables. As in previous years the Senior League will be distilled from the National Ranking lists. These tables are always accessible via the Results page, where you may also find explanations of the scoring systems used. Any queries or omissions to Bob please.

Please note that the Salt Ayre event provisionally scheduled for Saturday 17th May has been replaced with an event in Williamson Park on Sunday 18th May. Various access problems have caused this change. Starts will be from 11.00 to 12.30.
